17th April 2010, Luton

The under-17 squad rounded off their season with more success at the Eastern Region event. The Suffolk Under-17 Girls ‘A’ team of Bethany Fox & Charlotte Clouting ended the day as winners of the under-17 girls event. Mention must also be made of Ashleigh Gormer & Michaela Knights who although still under-15 played as the under-17 Girls ‘B’ team due to not enough under-17 girls being available on the day. This helped to ensure there was plenty of play for all teams entered and they gained valuable competitive experience.

After a fiercely contested 7th/8th place play-off between our under-17 boys ‘A’ team of James Adderson & Luke Burgess and ‘B’ team of Oliver Hunt & Timothy Scott, the Under-17 Boys ‘B’ team of came out victors.
