Suffolk Badminton Association has squads for under-13, under-15 and under-17 age groups.  The squads are selected from players at junior clubs.

Teams play league and friendly matches against other counties. They also play in the Eastern Region Team Challenges.

An under-17 team selected from the junior squads plays at the Inter-Counties Tournament held annually over 4 days at Nottingham.

About 12 squad training sessions are arranged during the season for each squad.
